
Mr. Nicholas is a veteran healthcare executive with extensive international, general management, sales and marketing experience. Before founding IC Sciences, he spent two years in Paris with Boston Scientific International, a worldwide developer of minimally invasive medical devices. During that time, he worked in the company’s European Headquarters for the Vascular Division responsible for overall P.T.A. marketing management in 14 countries. In addition, he has held various sales positions for Boston Scientific’s MediTech Division and Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Endo-Surgery Division.
Pete is a graduate of Duke University and received his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, the Board of Directors for the Fenn School, and the Board of Directors for Nicholas Advisors, Inc. Pete & his wife Christy make their home in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Katzen is the founder and Medical Director of Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute and Clinical Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Throughout his medical career, he has been a leader in the development of interventional radiology and multi-disciplinary models for delivering cardiovascular care. Dr. Katzen has contributed extensively to the scientific literature and serves on the editorial boards for numerous journals, including Techniques in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, which he founded and currently co-edits.
A 1970 graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, Dr. Katzen completed diagnostic radiology training at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. He trained in Europe on several occasions, developing a deep understanding of the delivery of healthcare in multinational settings. Dr. Katzen has been elected to fellowships in several societies, including the American College of Radiology, American College of Cardiology, and the Society of Interventional Radiology. He also has memberships in several societies, including the Association of Vascular Surgery (formerly the International Society of Cardiovascular Surgery). Dr. Katzen had an early interest in the use of the Internet for education and physician interaction, and in 1995 founded the Endovascular Forum, one of the first interactive physician websites. He was recently inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Katzen is married and has three children.

Mr. Sellam is an accomplished Internet strategist with extensive international experience. He brings to IC Sciences a deep and experience-based perspective on growth strategies for Web-based start-up companies, specifically in the rapidly changing fields of strategic operations and enterprise technology. Before joining NorthPoint Domain, Rony spent three years in strategic operations, information systems and e-business strategy consulting with Deloitte & Touche in Europe and the US. In this capacity, he helped create, fund, establish and support the growth of several Internet and technology companies. Rony holds a degree in Business and Management from the I.C.N. Graduate Business School in France and from City University of Hong Kong. Rony is married and has three children.

Ms. O’Shea is an accomplished Senior Global Financial Executive with a demonstrated ability to partner with management by optimizing financial performance, developing new businesses, and improving processes across diverse operations. Demonstrated achievements in increasing profitability, by growing revenue and managing cost, in a broad range of companies, both public and private, start-up through multibillion, multi-national’s. Susan brings over 16 years of progressive experience to IC Sciences. Her previous positions include Vice President of Treasury and Director of Finance for Mercer HR Services where she drove foundational changes to realize significant cost control and cost reduction, doubling profitability while minimizing market risk; Senior Manager and Director of Finance for the Technology, Security Risk Services Practice for Ernst and Young where she provided advisement and consulting to a range of small companies to large complex, multinational corporations both nationally and abroad; and finally, numerous financial assignments throughout Motorola with her final role as the Global Director of Finance for the Office of the CIO where she partnered with the CIO to manage a $900M complex, multi-sourced, multinational organization, was a key member in the design and implementation of a new Corporate IT Strategy, and successfully executed a $160M cost reduction project.
Susan received her MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University. Susan is married with one son.

Mr. Davenport is an award-winning editor who has specialized in medical texts and patient education for more than 15 years. In his current role at IC Sciences, he directs and manages the development of media and content for patient and physician audiences. Prior to joining IC Sciences, David served as Manager of Newsletter Operations for Integrative Medicine Communications in Newton, MA. David also served as Managing Editor of the Emergency Medicine Group at American Health Consultants in Atlanta, GA. It was at American Health Consultants that David was awarded First Place, Best Single Topic Newsletter by the Newsletter Publisher's Association. A native of Virginia, David earned a B.A. in English from Old Dominion University in Norfolk.

Mr. Leung has held a number of senior technical roles since the 1980s, including that of Director of Engineering/Development and as Software Architect. While at Palm Inc., and more recently for the United States Air Force, Chunyee successfully directed development teams on website and enterprise applications with significant user bases. Chunyee has extensive experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems and strong hands-on expertise in working with building secure and scalable User Interfaces, middle-tier Application Services, large scale Database Systems, and Enterprise Data Integration Systems.
Prior to joining IC Sciences Corp., Chunyee architected and directed the development of a suite of US Air Force Portal applications including a new generation of web-based Virtual Personnel Resource Management application used by all active duty personnel and civilian employees; an online Electronic Document Records Retrieval and Presentation application; and various Enterprise Data Messaging Bus applications. Chunyee holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics for Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts. He currently resides in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife Felicia and their two young children Alana and Bryan.

Mr. Jubran has more than a decade of experience developing Internet-based products. In addition to his considerable technical expertise, Ahmad has invaluable experience gained by developing products in several segments of the healthcare industry. These include leading the development of claims processing systems and an award-winning disease management registry at a leading healthcare provider, overseeing the development of a research portfolio management system for scientists, and developing online continuing medical education (CME) products for a leading CME provider. Ahmad has also worked to create e-commerce systems for clients that include a national producer of children’s products and a consumer electronics company.
A resident of Boston, Massachusetts, Ahmad attended the University of Massachusetts, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
